I am a follower at CreativeCrittersCricutClub and just became a follower here. I look forward to this new blog and your new adventures. I am going to try this recipe asap. Instead of the potato (am trying to stay low carb) I am going to use sliced Jicama and this will be a perfect low carb meal for me and DH. And I have begun to become a fan of kale and really appreciate that this recipe has that included.
ReplyDeleteTFS.
